About The Inspector:

Jimmy Martinez has spent the last thirteen years in the construction industry. Eight of those thirteen years were spent honing his "fault" finding abilities trouble shooting and installing electrical systems. Specializing in custom home installations and occasionally reaching into commercial and light industrial applications. From Montecito to Hope Ranch, The Hollister Ranch to the Santa Ynez Valley, and Heritage Ranch to Morro Bay and Cayucos Jimmy has pounded ground rods and climbed where no man has climbed before in attics and crawl spaces. The last two years have been spent diligently climbing the ladder in the inspections world. As of October 2009 Jimmy earned his titile as a certified CREIA inspector and has since been performing inspections and furthering his education.

Born and raised in the Lompoc Valley Jimmy keeps his family and his love for the outdoors close to heart. Growing up in a small town and belonging to such a big family has created a strong work ethic and has instilled the value of community. Helping people is a daily requirement in this line of work and is something i truly look forward to, says Jimmy.
